[WordPress] Post Name permalinks not working

WordPress returns a 404 error when changing permalinks from plain to post name.

I used to resolve this using

sudo service lsws restart

However, the issue still persists. What are other solutions for this?

May I know if you have an index file enabled on OpenLiteSpeed?

Index files are enabled, but you know what are not enabled?

Rewrite and Autoload from htaccess!

So daft of me not to notice that my htaccess settings are not being used. Spent hours chasing the wrong lead.
