"OLS dropping all of my domain pointers"? OLS doesn't have any domain limit at all. You should check your error again to see why it happened but it should not have domain limit.

virtual host level of SSL should work, You should keep the listner level certificate as well. Virtual host level will override lisener level cerfiticates. https://openlitespeed.org/kb/ssl-setup/#Setup_SSL_Certificate_on_Virtual_Host_Level

For server configuration change, you will need to edit configuration file or through OLS admin console.

You can check where it has such rewrite. Either in .htaccess, or within Wordpress admin settings. find it first, then make change to it.

OLS doesn't support "redirect 301" in .htaccess. only support rewrite rules. in your oldurl.com virtual host doc root .htaccess RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://myurl.com/$1 [L,R=301] should do. Make sure to restart OLS everytime you make changes to .htaccess.

You can google it or ask from Wordpress forum. it may need database opration.

After you login to cyberpanel, you should be able to change PHP version fo your domain. If not, show me screen and error. By the way, if you have wordpress multisite setup which use the same doc_root. You can not do so. only one PHP allow for that case.

OLS only supports rewriterule in .htaccess, nothign else. will simply be ignored by OLS since OLS doesn't support it. in Scrtip handler, you can create Suffix "XML" and set lsphp74 to handle it. Don't foget to restart OLS in the end.
