Nextcloud & Owncloud Installation issues with MySQL?

Hi Brian, This wiki may be useful. Essentially, you select the vhost template first, creating a member vhost off of the template. The member vhost can then be converted into a regular vhost if that's what you prefer. Have you tried them with 5.6 to see if they work fine? If so, that could be it.

Wordpress Cache (W3 or WP Super Cache) XML Files

No need to be sorry, we're always looking to have clear instructions, so we'll clarify this soon-ish. Going at LiteSpeed! Let us know if you run into any issues EDIT: will be releasing a new version of the plugin shortly, just as a heads up :)

Wordpress Cache (W3 or WP Super Cache) XML Files

Hi Danny, That rewrite rule line needs to go into the context/vhost that is associated with wordpress. Meaning if index.php is in a context, the rewrite rule should go there. If it's in a vhost, it can go in the vhost rewrite config. I hope this is clear, let me know if that did not help. (In...

Nextcloud & Owncloud Installation issues with MySQL?

Hi Brian, Sorry for such a late response, your post(s - there was one from a couple weeks ago, I hope I selected approve and not delete) got caught in the moderation queue. Just wanted you to know that we'll look into it. Kevin EDIT: Our primary dev says that this may take a little time to...

Wordpress Cache (W3 or WP Super Cache) XML Files

Hi Danny, Working on uploading the two conf files, they should now work (hopefully the conversion worked :D) Regarding the litespeed plugin, it should be mostly compatible with OLS's cache module. There are some kinks that need to be worked out (e.g. some settings will edit the .htaccess file...

Wordpress Cache (W3 or WP Super Cache) XML Files

Hi Danny, Apologies, that tutorial is outdated. OLS 1.3 used xml, and we switched to plain conf from 1.4 forward. The template file will have to be updated to be a plain conf configuration (similar to the server configs) rather than xml based. We are working on getting an xml to plain conf...

Hi Everyone, Today's OpenLiteSpeed release is an important one. v1.4.20 will automatically block any HTTPOXY attacks without any configuration changes. In addition to this fix, the compiler (Mac OS excluded) was updated to statically link the latest openssl libraries from the source code. This...

[Help] Rewrite for a image host

A couple notes: In your first post, you mentioned that it is in an .htaccess file. You may already know this, but OLS does not work with .htaccess files, only enterprise does. Also, in the vhost and context settings (depends on context type), you can enable rewrite logging to level '9'. This...

If you are willing to try it, and are comfortable with the command line, you can try to create a new binary from source. If not, as I mentioned, I'm not sure when the rpms will be updated.

How did you install OLS? We found the bug from your backtrace. If you installed from source, I will let you know when the github is updated to include the fix. (you will just need to configure using original settings and make. Then copy the openlitespeed binary to the lsws bin. No need to make...

With your core file, please try running: gdb /usr/local/lsws/bin/openlitespeed /tmp/lshttpd/bak_core/corefile Once in gdb, run bt and send us what it says. If you are unfamiliar with the command line, as I mentioned earlier, submit a bug report and we'll take a look at it.
