It cannot solve the task because of you need to change some user permissions. Because file of /etc should be owned by root, as standard OLS files owned by lsadm

The temporary solution: chmod 755 vhost folder.

Аll files are chmoded to 0775 and have identical content (crypted passwords aren’t of course) I could get credentials to servers to you if you need.
