createEntry failed, may due to no permission to write file or file is updating

That folder should be owned by whatever user is running Webserver. On DirectAdmin, it is run by apache user, so that permissions should be correct. Does the folder have enough space though? Try deleting it completely, and it will also be re-generated with correct permissions.

Site shows mime type application/octet-stream - why?

Are you using Litespeed Cache at all? If yes, It is possible that the problem is coming from the Optimization section of it if you have them enabled. You can also disable the Litespeed Cache plugin to try. It also looks like you're using two more levels of cache in front of your website, one...

    Cloudflare "520 Error" - OpenLiteSpeed/DirectAdmin

You might not be able to reproduce it every time. A 520 from Cloudflare could literally mean any error returned by the Webserver. systemd Bug for CentOS

Thank you for the confirmation @prasad0889 . For those interested, the actual issue was that the webadmin did not have a valid SSL File defined in the SSL section. This was not related to systemd or the bug mentioned. Litespeed installs itself with a valid self-signed SSL, but in this case, it...

    systemd Bug for CentOS

Cyberpanel uses a different server altogether to serve itself, so that isn't related. And error 521 simply means OpenLiteSpeed is not running at all. You should check the status with service lsws status If it is stopped, Try to start it.
