Cache forum Xenforo not working

I have in the root of the domain the cms of the web with wordpress, which does have a LiteSpeed cache.
But the forum, although I have installed the plugin for Xenforo, does not have the LiteSpeed cache.

The forum is in the / forum / folder and I think that the htacces that I had in apache does not work well.
Could someone tell me the rule to set and where? If in the root htacces or in the / forum / folder htacces

Now I have the root htacces (wordpress) of the web:

Code:

In the forum folder the htaccess is the following:

When I restart litespeed server I see the following:

2020-10-30 20:12:22.986730 [INFO] RewriteFile [/home/dominio/public_html/foro/.htaccess] parsed, return 0.

I'm using:
CyberPanel

Estado 3
Latest Version 2.0
Latest Build 3

Thank you very much

Sorry if it is not well understood, I am using an automatic translator.

I removed this directory, but today found that this error repeated again
Code:
[ERROR] [1036] [108.162.245.231:23422#mysite.com] [Module:Cache] createEntry failed, may due to no permission to write file or file is updating.

Checked many IPs from this log, all IPs were from cloudflare. I use CloudFlare for my site, should I worry that OLS have errors with cloudflare IPs ?
