cURL error 7: Failed to connect to domain.com port 443: Connection refused

When i type curl https://domain.com, I’m receiving curl: (7) Failed to connect to domain.com port 443: Connection refused

I have same issue with http and port 80

I’m running my site on Ubuntu 20, openlitespeed, and cyberpanel and DNS is proxied through Cloudflare.

Firewall managed by csf is open to port 443 and 80 and successful listening.

I’ve been searching for every possible solution and keep failing. Appreciate your support..

Do you mean that you now have a connection issue on both 443 and 80 ports? what if you curl from the server locally?

So the website is working when accessing from browser and "curl localhost" or "curl IP address" are working just fine. It is also working when I use local machine to "curl https: // example .com". But using terminal through server ssl gives me failed connection with error 7 for both "curl https: // example .com" and "http: // example .com".
