lsphp72-sodium for Debian 9

I'm trying to install Magento 2 on a Debian 9 server and it requires the sodium php extension.
I have a Centos 7 server that had lsphp72-sodium available to install but I can't find the same for Debian.
Where can this be found?

Still digging. Found that Sodium is installed but needs to be version 1.13 or higher for Magento 2.

sodium support => enabled
libsodium headers version => 1.0.11
libsodium library version => 1.0.11

Hello,

sodium on Debian 9 is included in the base lsphp72/lsphp72-common package. It is not a separate package.

I'm using lsphp72 and still get the error.
I found this solution:
curl -O https://download.libsodium.org/libsodium/releases/libsodium-1.0.18.tar.gz \
&& tar xfvz libsodium-1.0.18.tar.gz \
&& cd libsodium-1.0.18 \
&& ./configure \
&& make && make install \
&& pecl install -f libsodium

but when I get to "pecl install -f libsodium" I get "pecl: command not found"

The specific pecl you will want to run is this one: `/usr/local/lsws/lsphp72/bin/pecl install -f libsodium` If it still says command not found make sure you have `lsphp72-pear` installed.
