OLS 1.9.4 How to enable webadmin?

On Github I've read that OLS 1.9.4. has disabled the webadmin interface by default to minimize the PHP hacking risk.
I'm running the webadmin behind a reverse proxy, only accessible from specific IP's. Can someone tell me how to re-enable the webadmin?

That's the new design starting from v1.9.4,

To enable webadmin again:

touch /usr/local/lsws/admin/conf/enable_webadmin
/usr/local/lsws/bin/lswsctrl restart

Optionally, list the IP addresses or subnets allowed to access WebAdmin in that file. Example:

# allowed WebAdmin clients
127.0.0.1
192.168.1.0/24, 2001:db8::/64
