There are also issues with PHP packages. Lots of PHP packages are missing for example gd, ImageMagick, mbstring etc.

I would never suggest to force install anything unless you really know what you are doing. But if you are stuck and desperate like myself and cannot wait for a fixed installation, there is a work around and I wrote a little guide at https://www.techsoup.com.au/wiki/rocky_linux/openlitespeed
Install at your own risks.

Any update on this? We would like to use openlitespeed on Rocky 9. I did the workaround just to test it but would prefer a clean install. Thanks
