website show forbiden 403

hi

I have added the addon domain xyz.com

and docroot of xyz.com is /home/abc/website/abc/new_public_html/

but xyz.com shows a forbidden 403 error

my website folder permission is abc : abc 0750
abc folder permission is abc : abc 0750
new_public_html is abc : nobody 0750
when I have use apache then it work but when I have use openlitespeed it shows me 403

my PHP runs as users(abc).
I have set
setUIDMode 2

why it shows me a 403 error

when I created an addon domain inside public_html like
/home/abc/public_html
its works but when I have created outside public_html
like /home/abc/website/abc/new_public_html/
it show me 403 errors and the permission of the website folder is abc : abc 0750.
