Hi @raldnor,
Sorry for the delayed reply. We think there might be a conflict between the ports you are using and your router's UPnP setting. Can you try changing which ports the applications and our WebAdmin are running on...
Howdy Tracy,
Sorry for the delayed response. Block Bad Request is not yet supported in OpenLiteSpeed. We should have this dealt with in the next release. (Not quite sure whether we'll have the feature ported to OpenLiteSpeed by then or just remove this from the WebAdmin until it's supported.)...
Hey Tracy,
Thanks for reporting this. I believe you're right. You shouldn't need that $DOC_ROOT variable. I'm making sure the developers look at your Google Group post. I'm guessing we'll have it fixed in the next release.
Michael
Thanks, Tracy. I've heard a little about it, though I've never used it myself. I'm still not sure what the OP meant by it not working, though... Perhaps he isn't able to access the forums that are using OpenLiteSpeed from Tapatalk?
m
Thanks for sending in the logs. I'll try to have the developers looking at them as soon as possible. We should be able to get back to you in a day or two.
Feature requests are not spam. It's been noted and it will be brought up with the development team. We're really looking for ways to make OpenLiteSpeed easier and more convenient. That's going to be our big focus starting in spring.
Thanks!
Howdy Raldnor,
Thanks for reporting all this. I'll try to get all your questions answered, but, of course, it will be very useful to have your error logs when you get a chance. You can PM them to me if you don't want to post them.
Cheers,
Michale
Hmmmm...
This is a new installation of 1.4.3, not an upgrade from another version, right?
I know you said there were no errors, but can you PM me your logs perhaps? We'd like to take a look. We haven't been able to reproduce it on our setups.
Michael
When you used the --enable-adminssl=no option, did you try logging into your WebAdmin console using HTTP or HTTPS. When AdminSSL is turned off, you need to use HTTP. We just tried it and it seemed to work fine.
Michael
Hi Akia,
Are you seeing any errors when trying to upload pictures or use Tapatalk? What do you mean exactly by Tapatalk not working? (We're not particularly familiar with the application.)
Thanks,
Michael
Hi Oyang,
Sorry you're having trouble with this. Do you mean that you changed this setting: http://www.litespeedtech.com/docs/webserver/config/adminlistener#listenerSecure
If not, which setting did you change? I'm not quite sure what you meant by "I closed the ssl login for cp."
Also, have...
Saw that one, but was waiting for the developer to take a look and figure out if it was a bug. Looks like it is, though. Thanks for your patience.
Michael
Hi Oyang,
Sorry for making you wait so long. The developer in charge of the GUI says she'll make sure this works in the next release. (And we may also add functionality to create the directory for you.)
Thanks!
Michael
Howdy,
This is a remnant from an earlier build and should have no effect on performance or functionality. The developers say they'll get rid of it when they have the chance.
Thanks for brining it to our attention (and for being part of the community).
Michael
Can't say I totally understand it either, though it sounds like his integration was not completely functional. Probably best to ask Xing directly. (And it looks like he's getting back involved with the project!)

Hey Oyang,
This is the extent to which people have tried OpenLiteSpeed with jemalloc: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/openlitespeed-development/XvUVCQfXHWo
You're welcome to ask Xing any questions about it, but we don't have it officially built in.
Michael
Howdy,
We're looking for some experienced LSWS users to write wikis that answer common problems and explain common setups. We'd like to make LSWS and OpenLiteSpeed easier for everyone to use and we'd like your help!
What we're looking for in a writer:
