Only LiteSpeed WebADC supports cache on the loadbalancer level feature. For OLS as a loadbalancer, cache copy may stored at the backend server, and it won't auto copy, you might want to sync cache files with sync/async, or mount a shared folder in between.

It should doable. Have you checked the connection between OLS and the docker container with curl command? Will it return a 200 if you try to SSH to the server, and run curl http://127.0.0.1:3001?
