Page cache is not detected and the server response time is slow

To do this, you need OLS, LSWS web server or quic.cloud to be able to use all the advantages of LiteSpeed. With Apache web server you can only use a few optimizations of the cache plugin for WordPress.

Apache not replaced with OLS installation

Or use LSWS instead of OLS to get the full power of LiteSpeed without any restrictions. :)

How to optimize performance in OLS Server Configuration tab?

Just install LiteSpeed cache plugin for WordPress and you will get the power of light.

How to optimize performance in OLS Server Configuration tab?

Would you please explain how you measure “faster page load”? If you're trying to determine performance, you have to differentiate between loading time and display time because both are not the same. Just loading data is one thing. Displaying the loaded data is a completely different matter...

How to make Magento fast with LiteMage, but even faster than light with LiteCache.

No, LiteCache does not require ESI, which is no longer needed since Magento version 2.46.

How to make Magento fast with LiteMage, but even faster than light with LiteCache.

The Magento shop system has been established as a shopping CMS for many years and is very popular. Unfortunately, there has been a handicap in terms of performance since day one. This handicap already existed in Magento 1 and has become even worse with Magento 2. Therefore, regardless of the...

WordPress freezing after editing a blog post

@ertanbozkurt I would like to add to @Cold-Egg's question that the status code would be particularly important to know when you access the URL after the change. "Freecing" can mean many things, but is often a sign that your website is overwhelmed with the request in its uncached state. This is...

In which directory are cache files stored?

    @blowhard sounds better. ;)
  10. LiteCache

In which directory are cache files stored?

When the cache lifetime has expired, there is no need to delete the cache files manually as LiteSpeed will automatically remove these files. Hi @blowhard :) OLS and LSWS can both be configured so that each domain has its own custom cache directory.

  14. LiteCache

Example QUIC conf and Port change

This is not a limit of OLS, but a limit of lsquic, at least that's how LiteSpeed describes it. And when LiteSpeed writes that the certificate must be trusted, then I understand this as a certificate that is signed by a trusted certificate authority. In fact, you won't find out until you study...
  15. LiteCache

Example QUIC conf and Port change

As long as you use a self-signed certificate, the basic requirements are missing. You cannot test QUIC on localhost. I already told you in LiteSpeed Slack that you need a public IP, a domain and a trusted SSL certificate. You can only test QUIC under these conditions.
  16. LiteCache

Example QUIC conf and Port change

@Kartheekdasari I think you have a misunderstanding of the requirements of QUIC. If you use OpenSSL and a certificate generated with OpenSSL was not signed by a trusted certificate authority, then that certificate is self-signed. According to LiteSpeed's specifications, it must be a "trusted"...
  17. LiteCache

Example QUIC conf and Port change

@Kartheekdasari You know that QUIC doesn't work with self-signed certificates? By the way, port 9443 is not accessible. QUIC expects port 443 and not any other port.

avif for LiteSpeed: Faster Loading Time with avif instead of webp Images

Do you know avif? avif stands for AV1 Image File Format, is a modern, open-source image compression format. The AVIF format is based on the AV1 video codec, which was developed by the Alliance for Open Media (AOMedia) to provide efficient and high-quality video compression. The AVIF format...

Did you know? Optimizing a website does not improve loading time! Are you one of the many millions of users who believe that optimizing a website could improve the loading time? Unfortunately, this is a misconception and who is to blame? It's Google, or Google PageSpeed, because PageSpeed...
