Unable to export sql database

I am trying to export my database which is 200mb, but when I export it only downloads 30mb

Any suggestion will be appreciated, how do I download the whole database?

Please check Is there's any limit in the PHP.ini

Please check the downloaded/export file last line and let me know if there is an error on the last line.
