How to Active Memcached to Redis?

I use Openlite Speed web server in my website and my website name is Picasso App. My website has a default Memcached set and whenever I am setting up from Memcached to Redis some error is showing on my website, how can I fix it?

Have you checked if the Redis service is up and running? And manually connection test from the same server?
May I know if it's a PHP error or a connection issue from the backend?

Yes showing a PHP Error. I uploaded my old backup after this problem occurred. Is there any option to shift from Memcached to Redis because Redis is quite fast?

Usually, there's no issue to switch between. Since we are not clear about the error and issue, you might need to look into the error and fix it.
